PIR Alert Systems
Discrete PIR sensor colour and size 80mm wide x 120mm high
Our Alert System comprises both a Sensor and a Receiver. You have the choice of two kit options, or you can opt to purchase the sensor separately to augment an existing kit or receiver setup.
Alert Receiver Plus - notifies you on this receiver and allows you to add additional accessories to your kit, such as sirens, speakers, bells or security lights.
Alert Receiver - notifies you only on this Receiver.

How it works
The Alert Sensor is set up on the driveway (or entrance point) you want to monitor. The Alert ensor has an adjustable detection range from 7 to 30 metres, it is set up at a 15 metre default so any moving heat source (ie person, vehicle or animal) moving within the set coverage range will activate the Alert Sensor. The sensor detects moving heat sources and will therefore not be triggered by moving trees or shrubs.
Upon being activated, the Alert Sensor will send a signal back to your receiver unit, which plays a tone to alert you – so is usually set up in your house, shed, office etc. The Alert Receiver Plus allows for the connection of two accessories which will allow you to be hear the alerts at other points on your property.
Additional Accessories
All of our Alert Systems can be integrated with the other Alert products in our range, meaning you can customise your Alert solution with any of the following options:
Have additional entranceways monitored and alerting to the same receiver (differentiating the different entrance points by different tones on your receivers)
Have multiple receiving units so that you can be alerted at different points on your property
Have a mixture of sensor types (ie Beams on a fenceline, a PIR on a driveway or path, a probe alert system on a road or accessway), and all alerting to the same receiver.
