How PIR Systems Work
Using Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors, the sensor detects both heat and motion from vehicles and people within a specified range, being up to 30m for our PIR Alert Sensor.
Once movement is detected, a wireless signal is sent to a receiver inside your home or office, triggering an alert via sound, light, or both—depending on your set up.
